The MSc Leadership and Management has been designed for professionals working at middle to senior management level, who are seeking to enhance the knowledge and skills required for effective leadership and management in the complex, dynamic environments faced by organisations across all sectors today. This postgraduate course can immediately add value to your working practice and to your organisation. You will be supported to build your knowledge and skills so that you can research effectively, develop strategy, lead and manage change and build a culture of high performance.
The Leadership and Management course adopts a philosophy of continuing professional development, where you will undertake work-based projects and complete an extensive work-based dissertation, to be of strategic value to your organisation. This course has been designed to offer a dual accreditation route with the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) Level 7 Diploma in Leadership and Management - a pioneering approach within the UK. Delivered on a part-time basis, you will study with students from a variety of backgrounds at weekend sessions, normally delivered over three years. Students can fast and slow track if required.
